    I use headspace. It helps me to meditate on a daily basis. It's simple and offers a lot of guided meditations. Next to that I want to try Opal. Just read about it here last week and it helps to reduce screen time. I think nowadays the best you can do during the day for mental health is taking some time of from all this information on social media.
