In your life, have you been happier when you’ve had a lot of options, or when your options were limited?

Having too many options can be overwhelming at times. It's like going to a buffet and not knowing what to eat because everything looks delicious 😅. So I think, i was happier when i had a balance

I feel happier when I have more options, as the increased number of choices provides a greater likelihood of positive events occurring in my life.
Usually having less options makes me more focused. Especially when it comes working under pressure. When I have no choice but to do something, I perform better. This makes me have things done, which makes me happy.
Of course it depends on the situation, but I find an analogy with the restaurant menu the most compelling. When there are a lot of items on the menu, you end up struggling to select anything, but enjoy the fact that you have a choice. However, when there is only a very limited set of items, you are much more confident in your choice. Personally, the confidence in decision making makes me happy.
@arthur_romanov love this answer. I feel like having limited options makes you more sure of your decision as well!
