    Writing is often cathartic. I am amazed at how effective journaling is in transforming my mental attitude. Let me share one quick nugget - I was overwhelmed with a lot of tasks and was feeling particularly resentful that i have to do so much. As I vented a bit into my journal, I came to a sudden moment of clarity. It’s not that I have to do a lot of things, it’s the fact that I get to do a lot of things. The opportunity to work on things is a privilege. And, it changed how i went about things. Would love to hear your thoughts on how you use journaling and any insights from that?
