Securing junior positions

I graduated college nearly a whole year ago with a degree in computer science. I spent 6 months endlessly applying and interviewing for junior/entry-level positions. I feel like I performed really well every time but, nonetheless, always get rejected. In fact, one company had the time and energy to email me to call them just so they can reject me over a phone call. Brilliant.
Although I can't really blame them because I never had prior real-world experience and nowadays junior/entry-level positions require 1-2 years of experience.
While I admit I am not always the ideal candidate for the companies I interviewed at, I can't help but consider how unfair the current hiring process is. I know many extremely talented people that are in the same situation as I am. It made me realize that there is a sea of talent that never get the chance to shine.
I decided to tackle this issue and do my best to allow all these talented people to be able to shine. Currently, my idea is a simple platform strictly populated with new grads from college or boot camps that allow hirers (from small startups to large companies) to filter by skill and browse for their ideal candidate.
However, I am conflicted by the fear that hirers would rather be drawn to hiring seniors or people with industry experience rather than the people on the platform (bringing us back to square one). I would love to hear everyone's opinions on this. Thanks!
