Searching for easy ways to build a smart chatbot with custom inputs?

Currently learning to build a chatbot. Any recommendations for smart #NoCode chatbot builders with custom inputs? Not for customer support or stuff like that but more for letting people ask questions and sending information from a custom database. Thanks for your help!
