SaaS metrics on top of Intercom/Drift etc

Hey guys, I have this thought that doesn't let me sleep in the last week and I wanted to share it with you. Idea: Platform that comes on top of Intercom/Drift etc and gives you all the SaaS metrics you need: DAU/WAU/MAU, conversion rate (website visitor to user), onboarding conversion rate, churn rate etc. I started with this after working as a product consultant for a SaaS that uses Intercom to track their MAU and it's not very effective. You can add a platform like Statbot.io, but still doesn't give you all you need for a SaaS. So I thought hey, why not give this idea a try? If you invest 5 minute to give us information like the sign-up page (so we can calculate website to user conversion rate) and onboarding steps URLs, we can give you an overview in an instant. The same with active users, churned users and so on. I'm thinking of having a free plan for less than X users (on Intercom) and $19 if you have over X users.
