Roadblocks for my upcoming launch

Hey all! This will be my first launch and I'm hitting some roadblocks. 1. The main one is that I can't get my teaser approved (it's taking too long to say the least). Did it take your launch teasers way longer than you expected? 2. Second is that it is taking forever for Product Hunt to verify my identity as the maker. I have already clicked the "request team access" as the support article suggests, but it also takes me nowhere. My guess is that the product I'm launching uses a website domain that is different from our email domain. Does anyone have any hints to share? Have you ran into similar issues? Did you manage to get support from PH? Or am I just too anxious? 😬 Thanks!
