Plot twist: Found that my remote meetings are actually MORE efficient. Less small talk, more focus. What's your experience? Has WFH improved your meeting game? 🏠

Same here! I’ve also noticed that in offline meetings, there always needs to be a facilitator to keep the discussion on track. In online meetings, it seems to happen naturally, even without one🤔

In my experience, remote meetings tend to be more efficient since there's less chit chat and tangents. But in-person brainstorms can spark creative ideas you might not get virtually. I think a mix is ideal - maybe regular focused remote meetings with occasional in-person sessions for more free-flowing collaboration and team building. Curious what others have found works best!

Same here. Remote meetings feel more streamlined with less small talk and more focus. However, I do miss the organic brainstorming that happens in person. Do you think the focus of remote meetings makes up for that?

@feliciana_liu I think there must be an in-between, don't you? Remote meeting for efficiency and ad hoc face-to-face meeting for brainstorming and social links.

@loic_thirion_dicte Definitely! A mix of remote for focus and in-person for brainstorming sounds perfect. The energy of being together is hard to beat!
