If you're asking for support or Sharing your launch. Try not to use words like:
-"honoured" π
-"valued"π
-"guaranteed" π―
-"surprise"π₯³
-"new friend" π«
-"aid" βοΈ
-"stumbled on" π§βπ¦―
etc..

@ar_bell Getting touch points and making good communications is a very subtle step.
And also, as you said. Use those words when you mean them. When I receive a message via community and they mention "helping out a friend" in the message on the day of their launch. It's not a good impression, I usually tend to ignore them.
When I get the same text from someone I'm well connected to (Like you) I would definitely run to show support!

I don't know how to talk at this point. This will be my first launch and I feel completely lost on how people communicate and gather support for a launch.

Here are some pointers that might help:
-Don't ask for upvotes or comments rather ask for support and feedback.
-Don't reach out directly on the launch day, get in touch atleast once before you launch.
-Don't spam, if they don't reply the first time just leave them alone.
-Be more active in communities and support others.
