What do you take into account when outsourcing your social media to another company? Would loveeee to hear your thoughts on this 👋🏻

This discussion about asking quick questions to decision-makers caught my attention! Personally, I often seek guidance from decision-makers in my field to better understand their perspectives and align my strategies accordingly. Engaging effectively with key decision-makers is crucial in any project or organization
@shaur_ul_asar that’s right, communication is key on every project, I’ve been a social media marketer and a ui ux designer and I learned the hard way how important it was

Reputation above all else. We've just started with our social media at Liffery & starting to look for external help, but from past experience in other jobs... prior work, knowing that the agency is not going to just stick the new starter on our job. Lastly, knowing if we can reach them quickly when needed.

@franklin_miguel I assume you are offering this service? Depending on how well our launch goes on PH maybe we should connect.
@john_carmichael awesome, taking that into consideration, would you ever think about paying a subscription to a social media service were you’ll get unlimited revisions and unlimited request at a lower price than for example having an employee doing that work? Will love to hear your thoughts on this.
@john_carmichael damn, I didn’t know that, thanks for the observation, already fixed it. It’s actually something I’m working on, I have an agency but I’ve seen that businesses actually struggle to get exactly what they’re paying for and I’m trying to solve that problem doing a subscription based business, a flat fee for basically unlimited requests until the client gets exactly what the were looking for.

@franklin_miguel yea, we tried a freelancer about 3 months ago... wanted an upfront fee to get going, but then we had to scrub the content to start again :/ lessons learned... I guess to get started it should be at least 75% from the founders (before you get bigger funding of course).

Consider their expertise and past success stories, but don't ignore their understanding of your brand voice and target audience.
