Python stack for building AI-based SaaS apps

Am new here, and most of my experience has been in machine learning and python ecosystem mainly.
I have been experimenting with building simple LLM and computer vision applications using Streamlit, which requires careful memory optimization.
I would like to know, if using purely python based libraries is a reasonable choice to build apps that are scalable.
Also, feel free to provide any suggestions
