Hey everyone 👋
I’ve been working on something to solve a problem I had. Constantly switching between Slack and CS tools like Zendesk or Intercom to handle customer questions. It just feels weird, why can't I communicate in one place?
So I built Supporty: a simple chat widget for your website that connects to Slack.
Your customers can ask questions through the widget, and you (or your team) can reply from within Slack. No more context switching.
I just finished the first version, and I hope I can get the first feedback.
