Hey all,
We had an argument with my team mate lately, but couldn't get to the resolution.
Does a product need to have a Twitter account? Does the impact to product growth worse it?
If yes, what's the average time the account need for growing and hitting at least 5k organically?
If yes, what's your arguments?
If no, what's the channels that works faster you can suggest for product marketing?
Thanks

I think it does - it's a great way to have communication with the end user, especially when it comes to support.
I think a brand account can be fun too - if it's done correctly 👍

@maxwellcdavis Agree, any product accounts you enjoy to follow?

The product's Twitter account may not grow in the fastest possible way, yet it depends on the way you engage with the community and what type of content you publish there. A product needs an account so then a marketer can have a direct conversation with an end-user. And frankly saying, Twitter gives quite good conversations.
