Product for Sales? Product for Customer Experience?

What features that a product absolutely should have to be able to identified as a product helps SALES? If the product more support on the customer experience side, but improving customer experience, somehow, also has positive impact on Sales (Deal Conversion). Would it be a good idea to marketing this product as Sales Optimization Tool?
