Outlook or Gmail?

Question

I can't live without Outlook, mostly because of the calendar. But am curious what everyone else prefers?

If not Outlook or Gmail, what do you use?

I use the old POP protocol. Gmail and Outlook both have privacy issues, so I use them as little as I can.

A lot of great tools (like Superhuman) rely on Gmail. Google suite I'd say is also really good.

Last week, I found myself feeling a bit out of sync with my colleagues at work who were all raving about Outlook. I realized that to stay on the same page with them, I needed to make the switch from Thunderbird. However, I had no idea how to transfer my address book. Thankfully, I stumbled upon an excellent article detailing how to convert Thunderbird contacts to PST. Following the steps laid out in the article, I successfully migrated my address book to Outlook. Now, I'm genuinely glad I made the switch.
