An NPS score of 50 indicates moderate customer satisfaction and loyalty. While it is above the average score, there is still room for improvement to further enhance customer experience and loyalty. This is what ChatGPT comments. But would like to learn from the PH community what 50 means to you, heading in the right direction? What do you do now to improve it? Narrow the segment and find the right persona? Please advise.
