    Hi, We are a ride-hailing company, bike taxi. Looking for customer support chat solutions for our apps. Instead of opting for tools like Zendesk or Live chat, we are looking for an open-source or white label code, so we can build upon it. Can you pls suggest something? (Ideally, something that Uber, Gojek, Grab, Doordash uses) Main Features we want: - Audio or Voice message - Urdu Text - File-sharing within chat (Audio, Video, Images) - CS Agents extensive reporting - Issue tagging (Issues customers report so, we can identify top issues easily)
