One thing someone should do or not do if you'd trust them to help you at your mental health lows?
I asked people what does mental health support mean or resonate with to them? and I noticed a common pattern where people looked towards a community and for a proactive approach. two things as a mental health entrepreneur I put in the centre of thought when we make decisions for our company. But if there was one non-negotiable for you what would that be? if there was one thing you hoped my company did, what would that be?

Mental health support often centers around community and proactive approaches. As a mental health entrepreneur, considering what is non-negotiable for your company is crucial. For many, this involves creating a supportive environment and providing effective health solutions. For mental health lows I would say active listening and daily check ins would work. Not a “write how you’re feeling” but a “How was your day?” Message can give an opportunity to release the stress of the day.
If I had one non-negotiable for mental health support, it would be genuine empathy - like a software update that's always there when you need it, no crashes involved!
One crucial thing someone should do to earn my trust during mental health lows is to actively listen without judgment or unsolicited advice. It's important they offer empathy and support rather than trying to "fix" the situation.
