Noticed my kitty points rate is decreasing. How it works?

Hey, PH community! Just noticed that I had lost 4 kitty points. Not sure I understand how it works. Maybe you have any thoughts?

If you are not active for 1 or 2 weeks i think, your kitty points start decreasing.

I also noticed that, it happens even if I maintain my streak and upvote the products daily. very strange thing.
