Notes app odo list with pen support on Windows?

Hey fellow hunters! I've been on the hunt for the perfect note-taking app for my Microsoft Surface, but I have yet to find the perfect match. I've tried OneNote, Journal & Obsidian (with Excalidraw). I wish Obsidian was better for handwritten notes but I'm having a hard time getting the feel of it. I would love your recommendations! Thanks!
