No matter what, I went ahead and made a video for our product in preparation for the upcoming launch

I'm not very good at making videos, so I could only try using the simplest tools: Excalidraw + Office PowerPoint + CapCut.
Looking forward to everyone's feedback.

Walt, your video is great! Video production comes down to the considerations of who you're targeting, what problems you're solving for that audience, what you're trying to communicate and what you want the outcome to be, as well as what your unique "voice" is.
Your video communicated your product in a really engaging way, in very little time & I understand exactly what you're product does - that's a great outcome in my book.
The only thing I'd give feedback on is that for mobile users (& even on desktop), there are moments in your video where you could zoom into things a bit more & then zoom out as you want to show more folders. You could bring these moments to life with sound effects if you wanted, to keep the pace sharp & fast, otherwise it's really hard to see what the little folders are & what the text is saying. (But I'm being critical, only to help you for next time - it's not necessary to change anything as I understand perfectly what you're product does without these edits.
I'm personally not a fan of videos that are trying too hard to be really creative but you can't watch because there's just too much going on in them & you lose track of the point they're trying to make.
I think you nailed it!

@emily_willis1 Hi Emily, Thank you so much for your feedback. I appreciate both your encouragement and your suggestion about zooming in on some detailed segments. This is particularly helpful for me. Thanks again!
