My PH account is lost, any ideas on how do i get it back

Hi Hunters! I accidentally changed my email account on PH and seems like I completely lost all my previous work on PH. No followers, none whom I follow, much fewer points, no goals mentioned. Does anyone know what exactly happened and why my PH profile looks like a barren land? Need help 😪😫
