Hybrid! Like them both.

For simple tasks, I often use my MacBook and then, of course, it’s the touchpad. But for complex tasks or gaming it’s always a mouse and most often a PC. It depends on personal preference, but I prefer a mouse for everyday tasks because it generally offers more precision and comfort, especially for extended periods of use

I mostly use touchpad for day-by-day use, but for gaming or large design works prefer mouse, if possible.
