More than 200 upvotes, not showing up on homepage, lol

Our fitness platform "Aesthetics University" garnered more than 200 upvotes and 30+ comments - overall massive engagement on Producthunt. But is still not being shown on the homepage. (https://www.producthunt.com/posts/aesthetics-university) Any particular reason? I had another product launch last month on ProductHunt and was in the top 10, featured on the homepage, for the entire day - even though I received fewer engagement comparatively. ProductHunts algo does not make any sense to me.
