I can also advise you that: Set small, achievable goals for the week. Accomplishing tasks can give you a sense of accomplishment and help you feel more in control.
Remember that it's normal to feel a little down on Monday mornings, and it's okay to take some time to adjust to the start of a new week. With some self-care and positive thinking, you can overcome the Monday Blues.

Finish up some tasks I started at the end of last year, then start planning new project for this month whilst everyone is getting settled back in!
