Gaining feedback has been a big deal for years - but if you think about it in detail, it's bizarre that in all this time no one has built a product that offers every possible way someone could provide feedback, which means high engagement! Well it turns out it didn't exist, so we build it. Having worked in market research for a number of years, I struggled to find a tool that could do everything I wanted, I had to use multiple tools to do one thing. Gain valuable feedback from people.
