Hey guys, what are the best channels to promote your waitlist? 🤔 We just launched ours and are still figuring some stuff out. This is what's been done until now: 🍊 Landing page with messaging and visuals that describe the product as accurately as possible 🍊 Incentive for signing up. We are offering early access + a gift for one lucky supporter 🍊 Twitter presence (ok, with 9 followers 😅, we are still working on this) What we plan on doing: 🔸 Paid advertising to validate the idea ... ? What's your experience with promoting waitlists? ------------------------------- BTW, if you'd like to check out our LP, the link is below. We need all the feedback we can get so if you want to share your thoughts, by all means, please do. We are all ears 👂👀 Link to our LP: https://www.unidate.io/

We use LinkedIn, emailing, LinkedIn Newsletter, IG, TikTok ,and Twitter. Besides, we are trying to attend events physically. Our product is B2B. That's why our priority channels are LinkedIn and emailing but if your product is B2C, you can use IG and TikTok actively.

@dilan_aydin Thanks, Dilan! I appreciate you taking the time to reply. Makes sense, LinkedIn is one of the best channels for B2B. We are already using Twitter and hopefully we will start utillizing other channels like you suggested.

@andrea_todorova1 you are welcome! Don't forget to share team photos on LinkedIn. People tend to engage with team photos.

Maybe you can collaborate with influencers from your industry? Great job btw, congrats :)

@matilda_todorova Yes, we are planning on collaborating with influencers but once we actually launch the product. For now I think it's too early. Thanks for the feedback 😊

Nice page. Thinking like a newbie -> This is a free chrome extn. On top of that you are offering a 25 Amazon card! What is the catch?

@kkumarkg Thank you for your feedback! Well, our goal is to get as many users as possible at the beginning. We'll launch only one feature that will stay free to use. After that we're going to upgrade it with more features that are on our roadmap and prepare a different business model to monetize it :)

@andrea_todorova1 maybe you could give a discount to current signups on future pricing. And promote that?
    Andrea Todorova
@kkumarkg that's a great idea actually. But I'm not sure if it's suitable for our product. We are still in the process of idea validation, meaning that the roadmap is not yet confirmed. So if we are going to give them a discount on future pricing and features, maybe it's not really tangible for the user. They won't know on what exactly are they getting the discount. Interesting point though.
