I'm a firm believer in emojis on social media.
I also use them in email subject lines and in plugins.
But what about in copy on webpages? Yes or no?

It depends on the brand, but typically, no.
I think an emoji or two on a specific landing page where it makes sense, is okay.

they are excellent for social media, for sure. email subject lines if used smartly and sparingly, yes. webpages maybe no - but then all of this context dependent. emojis for the sake of adding color don't work. But with the right context they are great attention grabbers
@sophiasolanki completely agree! Iβve used them here and there in FAQ answers. And sometimes in notification banners (like I add π in my Black Friday countdown timer) but thatβs about it
If there is like 1-2 emojis on site i think its ok. If there is many of them i think its disturbing and it doesnt look professional. But ofcourse it depend on project and approach.

They're perfectly fine if your business allows for a more playful tone.
Emojis can add a playful and informal tone to your copy, which can be useful for certain types of content such as social media posts, email subject lines, and chatbots. However, in other contexts such as professional websites or academic papers, emojis may not be appropriate.
