Launch Time Confusion

Hi, So i scheduled a launch for 25th of October and picked the time as 12.01 PST/PDT to maximize the time the listing is on the site. https://prnt.sc/hbz990B_eYYm it says that my launch is scheduled for 12.01AM PDT (12.30pm UTC) I am now confused if the launch is scheduled for 12.30pm utc or 12.01am pdt. It's not the same. @ujjwal_sb
