Hey, I am a founder of Autory.ai we wanted to launch today but aren't now. We sent messages to 100+ sign-ups about the launch. This is not something where we want to add another feature or the system is not perfect yet. The core tech is not working yet. So what did we learn? 1. When choosing a very challenging technical idea. Multiply the time needed by 2. Every feature implemented took extra time 2. Deadlines create pressure. All three members of the founding team put 80+ hours in this week. 3. Don't tell people an exact date you are launching except when you are done. 4. Emotion management is difficult. Work/thinking is hard to start when you think it's too big. Hope you are kicking ass and would love to hear your advice.

The only advice I can give you are those famous words of TH Palmer Tis a lesson you should heed, Try, try again; If at first you don't succeed, Try, try again; Then your courage should appear, For if you will persevere, You will conquer, never fear; Try, try again. Once or twice, though you should fail, Try, try again; If you would at last prevail, Try, try again; If we strive, 'tis no disgrace Though we do not win the race; What should you do in the case? Try, try again. If you find your task is hard, Try, try again; Time will bring you your reward, Try, try again. All that other folks can do, Why with patience, should not you? Only keep this rule in view: Try, try again.

Don't be hard on yourself, just a bump on your journey. Keep building, no one really care that you failed, they just want to see you succeed

Important to have deadlines for accountability but they should be there to help us - not to rule us

@david_gradon In this case just by the virtue of how hard it pushed us i think it helped. I did get a bit set on it though!
