Ouch, been there! 😅 Spent 2 months building what I thought was the perfect onboarding flow only to see 90% of users drop off after signup. Painful lesson in validating assumptions early! 🤦♂ Now I prototype everything in Figma first and test with real users before writing a single line of code. Saved me from more startup horror stories! 👻
