Hello hunters! During these turbulent times, I believe listening and 'understanding' the user needs have become vital than ever β I wrote a blog post about how important it is.
Too many startups fall into the trap of focusing on
π© Unnecessary features,
π© Undervaluing user feedback, or
π© Misprioritizing their development goals.
Really curious about your thoughts?? ππ

@mehdi_rifai It makes total sense. To me, understanding real user problems require two parts on the feedback management side.
The first one is doing user interviews as you said β which is not very scalable, yet quite important.
The second part is where you make this process scalable and sustainable with a creating a structured way β which is creating feedback channels when you're not with them. Such as when they find out a friction on your product and want to give feedback. I can add other examples as well. But I think you get my point π
Where do you or Sqwad stands on the second part?

@mehdi_rifai Not at all, Mehdi! ππ» Really curious - how do you understand the real user need at Sqwad? Which practices are you executing with your team?
@mervecankizcoruh we mainly do user interviews, get coffee/lunch with our customers and actively participate in slack communities to understand the pains they have
@mervecankizcoruh oh I exactly see your point. We don't do that today but indeed creating a straightforward and user-friendly feedback loop should be a must.
