3. Only use technology where you need help the most
4. Use browser extensions
5. Organize your time with a calendar app
6. Use less technology altogether 🏆

I especially like using Quillbot to paraphrase my writings. It's always nice to have some linguistic sophistication.
HabitNow and Alarmy are two other apps I recommend.

@akash_panigrahi1 This is such a great insight. The apps are amazing to use, i have been following this since a very long time, works like a charm
Firstly reflect on what you're working on. Break it down, example: if you're constantly uploading certain details.
Break down into:
1. Source of data
2. Operation you perform on the data
3. Destination of data
Now that you've segmented the task. See how you can either fit in tech or scripts to automate this.
1. Source of data -> if you're getting data via sql query (run sql jobs)
2. Operation on data -> build workflows / filters / conditions to break down data
3. Destination of data -> use tools like boltic, zapier to push data on destination.
Hope this helps!

I am personally a big believer in the 80-20 rule, which says that ~20% of the tasks are actually the high value tasks that can generate the most amount of profit/revenue/outcome. While the the rest are usually just filler tasks. So I guess the identification of just high value tasks and focusing most of the attention towards these is a decent technique for improving efficiency and productivity.

Tech-driven gadgets like our phones are all introduced with built-in features that help users to be more efficient and productive throughout their day. But, the first thing that'll always remain at the top I guess is the self-motivation that they need to have to even use the technology in that direction.
