Is the product feedback from your team more important or feedback from customers?

I agree that both are important, but customer feedback is more important than your team feedback. Your team use the product everyday. So they'll know how to navigate it properly. A new user won't, and might navigate your product in a completely different way. You have to cater to your customers more also because they're the ones who will ultimately hand over their hard earned cash.

Both, as long as you remembet to take everything with a grain of salt and separate the important from the insignificant.

Both are important. From one side, employees should be encouraged to share feedback. They are the ones experiencing the product daily. They shouldn’t feel like giving negative feedback will result in any form of punishment. On the other hand, you want to build products somebody wants to use and to pay for, so feedback from customers is crucial in order to grow and make products people love. I hope that helps.
