Is it true that relying too much on AI will make us stupid?

I often use AI for work that I don't understand, there is a lot of other information from the internet but they are somewhat unclear in their explanations, so I always ask for help from AI if the work is a bit difficult to understand, does using AI frequently decrease our critical thinking skills?

I think it depends how you use AI. If you rely on it too much without understanding things yourself, then yeah it could make your critical thinking skills a bit rusty.
