    I think it all depends on the profession. For example, if we are talking about a lawyer or a doctor, then a diploma is of great importance as confirmation of general specialized education and knowledge. If we’re talking about IT, then it’s simpler; many companies don’t care about your diploma, but only knowledge and real cases. Moreover, they know how students often get their work here, or on similar sites

    A degree from an accredited university or college is still highly valued by employers. It's a great way to show employers that you're serious about your work and that you have what it takes to succeed. However, keep in mind that success also requires experience, networking, and ongoing education. In a world that is always changing, it's important to welcome the chance to learn and develop.

    No doubt in it. Degree is and will always be the most valuable asset. Skills are important but it does not make degree less valuable

    @mrmaqeel I like your point. But I believe the right amount of qualified experience can be an equal or greater asset than a degree when job searching. Again, there is no right answer!

    Yeah I think it's common for a lot of people to point at founders who dropped out early... but having an education is so invaluable. The connections, learning how to work with others, time management, etc. It's really hard to learn all these things by yourself. I don't think you should go bankrupt going to school but working hard to get good scholarships or going to community college IMO is invaluable.

    @entreeden I agree! Do you think there is a balance before one becomes more valuable than the other?

    A degree helps open doors (recruiters and companies like to see that you showed up somewhere for 3-4 years and delivered), but after that it doesn't get you far. Your experience and ability to navigate work, people, and other situations is more important than a degree once you're in (excluding some potential industry specific knowledge) - being educated and having a degree are highly different things!

    @tomwilletts these are great points!

    Education is always important these days. But not everyone works in their specialty. For example, I am an engineer, but I received a second diploma for my profession. It's hard to study, but there's nothing to be done, it's necessary. It's good that I could pay and use the services of writing do my essay https://www.customwritings.com. I think this is a good help to get a good grade.

    Hi all! This question is complex and at the same time everyone faces it. Now is the time to graduate from school and many continue their education in colleges or universities. They do not stop at the initial level, as a decent education will give a prestigious profession with good pay in the future. I look towards Oxford's Cherwell College https://www.cherwell-college.co.... Everyone is talking about it, many of my classmates are going there this year. I hope that I will be able to snatch a place on a good course.

A degree can enhance your qualifications, open up more job opportunities, and increase your earning potential over the course of your career. Additionally, many employers view a college degree as evidence of dedication, critical thinking skills, and the ability to learn and adapt—all of which are valuable in professional settings. When I decided to apply to university, I was aware that my letter of recommendation had to be impeccable. I wanted to make the best impression of myself by emphasizing my strengths and successes. I looked for companies that provided services and contacted https://www.residencylor.com/. They immediately got to work.
