Solo founders have a lot on their plate. Once of the biggest time suckers is customer support. How are you currently handling it? Do you prefer live chat, support tickers, simple emails, AI...?

I hope to have enough users one day that I have to worry about this! 😂
If emailing users because unsustainable for me I'd probably move to some sort of Slack customer service plugin or self service tools for simple questions
