In early stage of Product building how can I ensure success?

Currently working on a self serve tool to automate insight generation from user interviews for product managers. How can I know if this idea has product market fit? Talking to potential users, everyone says it's a good idea while no one is jumping in to buy it - does that mean we don't have a pmf?
