Impact of new Product Launches

When you create a new product launch it seems like everyone that has upvotes is already following the launch. Does that mean they get notifications on launch day? (i would assume so?) Have you gone through a launch like that and did it have any impact on your new launch? 🤔 I guess it's hard to measure because you can't cross reference who came from the list and upvoted, or am I missing something?
