@kalesche @farhan_j_ @alessio_mavica that's why we are currently looking for a full-time content writer for our blog. I'll continue writing posts for IH/PH/LI/Twitter. Don't think I can outsource it yet.

Was just reflecting about it as a goal for a 2024 — so I’d say communication. I think it’s one of my strengths to listen and really hear people’s needs and provide the best solutions. But sometimes I feel shy talking about pricing, or boldly communicate, so that’s something to improve. And I think when you acknowledge it — it’s a 50% of success. What about you, Ghulam?

In 2024, i guess that the best skill to master in general is to perfect the use of AI. On a personal level, I would like to improve my knowledge of the English language - as it is not my first language - to be able to consequently boost my results at work and in my personal projects

For me it would be Communication, everyone should really learn the art of communication whether you’re selling a product, handling users/clients, managing a team etc. One can be highly skilled with all the hard and fancy skills but if they can’t communicate well and build a rapport then it’s major missing for them.
Share
@qubafatima @oz_mills I would add: not just communicating but doing it right. Empathy, adjust the level to the audience, feedback...

Oz Mills
@qubafatima @alessio_mavica I mean, how often do you find tech solutions that genuinely prioritize empathy and user perspective, especially in AI-driven fields? It seems like it's often overlooked.
Share
Oz Mills
@qubafatima Absolutely. I want to both interview and interviewee well

Shew there are so many .... my Spanish, my ability to prove SEO's ROI, my emotions and my motorbike. But if I have to choose just one, I would say it's boundaries and learning to be more intentional with how I choose to spend my time. And with whom? I think this will have the biggest impact on the other skills too.
Share
@lisa_steingold1 There are so many things in common! I am an Italian living in Spain and ride a motorbike too (Honda CBR600RR). If you want to connect, this is my LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/ales...

Launching soon!
I'm at the point where I'd say I'm really good in building products or enabling dev teams to do so. But to market these cool things we build is a thing I would like to learn as soon as possible.

@luisrieke Do you have any technical background? Or as a "product owner"?

@alessio_mavica yeah, was working a few years as a developer and now as a Product Owner. But I still do programming by side.

Share
Maria
@julia_zakharova2 That's great. I also have a goal to reach C2 level. What's your level of English right now?
Share
Julia Zakharova
@growth_mindset And here my English is divided into 2 English) the way I write and read, and the way I speak. I write and read at B1-B2. But when I speak, I immediately forget all the words and forms, and it's easier to say that I don't know at all than to say that I know))
Share
@julia_zakharova2 any reason for taking the certification? I'm not native and have no idea about my level. But never thought to have a paper saying my actual level
Share
Julia Zakharova
@alessio_mavica I don't really need a paper too. Maybe only as a visual proof of the progress I've made. I really want to be able to speak for life, free movement and my future interests.

This one's easy! I would love to take a few days and really learn how to build beautiful figma prototypes. It's basically a required skill now for product managers, and being able to set up all the right transitions and animations and just generally getting better at designing simple UIs.
