I think I'd make it more accessible even more so then it is now for 1) people to found companies 2) people, especially outside of SF and the US to get funding for their companies and 3) for people to land roles in tech from a non tech background.

Quality over quantity - I have a feeling that too many founders launch projects only to capitalize on trends, without having a long-term vision or a clear understanding of how their solutions benefit end-users. As a result, we end up with a lot of incremental innovation and have few products that make obvious difference.

@ezzat Exactly, this is the main thing which we have to finish. In our https://printerloop.com/ team we respect each other but don't show attitude to anyone. Share knowledge and work in a friendly environment and we achieve our milestones before time.
Discouraging the products that are harming our mother nature and finding the alternative best solutions.
