In Paris, I would suggest visiting Montmartre. Where you can see windmills (Moulin de la Galette), a vineyard (Vigne du Clos Montmartre), and La Basilique du Sacré Cœur with an amazing high spot with a great view of Paris.
Other high spots are the rooftop of Tour Montparnasse and La Terrasse des Galeries Lafayette.
Also, you can check Station F, which is a startup hub with a campus that has an amazing huge restaurant area housed in an old train station.
