    Ytbe.one has reached 1000 users today but I only have 1 paid subscriber. Many famous companies and people use the product but do not buy subscriptions. I tried many things, ytbe.one domain expires in a few months, even if there are a few subscription purchases during this time, at least the site returns to itself.     The problem that you are trying to solve with ytbe.one has to have a niche. Have you conducted market research before developing the product?

    @konok_nazmul I think you are asking about the target audience, the target audience is YouTube content producers. and already dozens of famous YouTubers are using it.
