What do you do to overcome your burnout while working from home?

I drink cold water or a cold beverage. I watch funny videos on youtube.
I talk with my mother, best friend, and brother.
I close my eyes and meditate.
My solution is going for a run. After running I usually see things different.
I take a walk, wearing headphones and listening to my favorite music to calm myself from day long work
relaxing, working out, and having a walk while listening to music after office hours. It's best to detach from the office and attach to daily life with a peaceful walk.
I mostly take a nap or do something that I love like reading or watching some comical episodes of my favorite series. I also prefer sitting with my family or friends if possible and talk about random things and not about work. This charges me well enough to re-start my work.
