We use Slack, Google Meet and also our Coffee-Breaks to stay in touch with our colleagues. On top we meet in person once in a while.

At jetsoftpro.com, a software development service, we use various communication tools such as video conferencing, chats, and email to maintain regular contact with remote developers. Usually it's a Slack and Teams. This will help prevent misunderstandings and allow for timely responses to any questions or issues that arise.

The boodleAI team is 100% remote right now and aside from email I would say there are there tools we use for connectivity, Zoom, Slack and BoodleBox. They allow us to collaborate and continue to innovate.

Teamday
What is lacking for remote workers is social interaction & bonding. Since the pandemic, social channels in Slack have been booming for us.
In other words, to connect remote workers we needed a virtual space where like-minded colleagues are paired based on their interests so it would create interest-based communities within the company.
In fact, we are working on something along those lines here at Teamday, so thanks for the question Marvin
@alex_couture good to see that more and more solutions for interaction & bonding are developing.
Will take a look on your product. I'am really passionate about this topic!
