    I used to snooze my wake-up alarm and regret every time I did it because I was late everywhere 😅 I think the underlying issue is much deeper than being sleepy. We can see a positive correlation between snoozing the alarm and procrastination. According to my experience, the higher the dopamine threshold you have, the harder you enjoy life. And (I think) it is one of the reasons why we snooze it. To decrease my dopamine threshold, I reduced my social media consuming time (creating posts and reels are not counted). Also, I started to plan my next day before I go to bed, in this way when the alarm goes off, the tasks I need to succeed in a day come to my mind immediately. Also things I do (and done before): - I make sure I will get 7-8 hours of sleep and I adjust my sleep time accordingly. - I set only 1 alarm for the exact time which I need to wake up to not be late to do my work - I put my alarm (my phone) where I can't reach it easily when the alarm goes off - I used to promise myself not to snooze the alarm - I used to count 3-2-1 and wake up - I used to drink lots of water before going to bed I don't know maybe it just works or it is totally psychological. Because I believe that it helps me, my brain doesn't let me snooze it 🤓 I hope it helps! 🫡
