How to manage day to day activities along with a launch?

We've just recently launched on AppSumo and have been handling support requests, feedback, and user questions that are coming our way. While it's been super exciting seeing all the new users and the positive feedback we've gotten, it's also been quite challenging handling all of it while doing everyday operations.
