To develop the visibility of a start-up / new product on the markets, email campaigns are one of the best ways.
I want to launch a campaign (but i am new to this) and I would like to have your advice and feedback on how to make the operation successful:
1 - What are the best tools to carry out the operation? What are the best tools to carry out the operation and measure the return on investment?
2 - How do you define a relevant and not too generic content?
Don't hesitate! I'm curious for any advice

Be focused on your goal (going from mailing list user to free user, retaining current ones, converting free users to paying users, etc), understand your target audience within that goal, and draft a campaign that's like leading them toward the goal.
For example, your first email for a conversion probably shouldn't be "buy my widget!" but instead you could think of the purchase funnel and how each message should guide the user closer to the goal (typically a sale).
There's no perfect template but some types of emails that you can consider are:
- Case studies/success stories
- Customer feedback
- Something personal about you/the founder and relation to the business
- Expert guidance (if you sell camera equipment, maybe a tutorial on taking nice photos)
@edward_g I thank you very much for these excellent recommendations, I find them very relevant.
I quite agree after reflection on the topics and the order of the types of e-mails, in my preparation I was going to start with the 4th (Expert guidance) and finish with 1st (Case studies) your advice is very helpful.
Thanks for your help !
It is important to choose the mail tool because some may be blocked for your source IP

There are many things to consider when creating an effective email campaign, including the campaign's goal and its compelling content. When considering the campaign's intent, ask yourself what the purpose of the campaign is. Is it to inform, attract or engage customers or to increase conversion and sales? Then explore the best ways to incorporate a personalized sales pitch.
Thank you very much @qudsia_ali for your advice which is very useful:
- the goal of the campaign. it's done
- the theme of the different mails and sequences. t's done
- some parameters to refine the audience, it's done
We are still working on the selection of :
- Sending tools (certainly sendinblue)
- Tools for measuring returns.
- Email verification tools
It's mainly about how to integrate a personalized and relevant sales pitch! I have too many ideas that I can't synthesize, do you have any advice?

@fares_aktouf We use sendinblue; it is an excellent tool for managing email marketing and monitoring results.
Firstly you should define your target perfectly. If It includes nonrelevant audiences it doesn't come up with a successful outcome. E-mail marketing is still the most-effective way of building loyal followers.
You can use MailChimp if you don't have any tool, it is free and you can track your response rate easily.
Relevant content must solve your audience's problem and have to be niche-specific content. For engaging the audience's attention you should prove you are the authority on the topic. You can add some case studies but not so long or so detailed just show them you are one of the best in your product field.
@yazgulu_baktemur I sincerely thank you for your answer! It reassures me on several points of my reflection, especially when it comes to content which should not be so long or so detailed but just show that I am an expert.
And thank you also for MailChimp that I did not know, I share it with my marketing team it will be very useful.
@fares_aktouf You're welcome! But be careful about adding data to MailChimp. When you want to remove your data you can not add the new one. There is some bug in there. :/
@yazgulu_baktemur Relevant insights, will use these in my journey ahead. thank you for sharing.

@jean_laurent Thank you, but is the solution reliable on all types of markets, whether from a sector of activity point of view, target jobs and geographical location ?
Interactive emails are a nice break from the wall of content that brands typically expect subscribers to read.
Engage audience with exclusive offers.
Share valuable information with your subscribers.
When it comes to email marketing, sometimes it’s better to leave out the images, GIFS, and videos. Sometimes a simple couple of sentences and a link is the most effective way to go.
@baloch_mirha Thanks for the tip
Remember, the goal of an email marketing campaign is to get subscribers to click through to your site. Offer them only the smallest and juiciest piece of bait that will make them want to learn more.
@annisaa_shop Thanks for the tip
