I totally see the power of TikTok to reach a large audience and go viral - but since I personally don't use it I just have problems thinking about ways to use it for my Marketing.
Any best practices for TikTok as a Marketing Channel?
Or ways how you overcame the "This is only for Gen Z" - bias for yourself?

This is what I did for my brand. I used https://tikster.app to get some followers for my brand and grew my account to over 20k. Now those followers are generating new leads for my business.

So, most companies in my country have a TikTok channel as a main marketing communication channel like FB.
And I admit that TikTok helps increase brand awareness, user interaction, revenue, etc in an incredible way
Use Tiktok to ride trends and take advantage of the viral aspect: making contextual content
Hi! I'm from Indonesia. TikTok has become one of the most popular social media platforms we use. I read an article that stated Indonesian TikTok users have reached 106.52 million. Not only popular among Gen Z, but millennials and even Gen X use it too, although not as much as Gen Z users. Still, almost everyone here uses it. I think TikTok is a great platform to share brand awareness.
As far as I know, it's quite challenging to understand the algorithm and make your videos go viral (FYP) globally unless they are regionally-based content from where you are, but it's still possible to make your content globally viral.
Try to make content that may relate to broader audiences but still in line with your brand, follow what's trending based on your region whether it's content type or sounds, and interact with other users in the same niche! ☺️
++ I would love to learn more as well. Especially micro-influencers who CREATE for Podcasters.
