I have three main routes to attract the first 100 subs to my newly launched newsletter. 1. Invite my friends, family, and co-workers ✅ 2. Outreach 1:1 ▶️ 3. Ask a few loyal subs to share the newsletter 🔜 Any other ideas? Btw. In my newsletter ( https://www.startupdock.net/newsletter ), I share the best startup lessons under 250 characters. I search the internet for you to save your time but you can also share your lessons and help other founders grow their business quicker.

My first 100 were from friends and family. It was that way until about 300. Then Reddit, IG, Twitter, and started slowly bringing in some subscribers, but not many. Mostly word of mouth. Linkedin is next - and I think might be a good channel for your newsletter. Lots of folks are interested in startups and/or looking to advertise on there! Hope that helps, good luck!! EDIT - another two I've been using: 1. Offering free features in exchange for shares / distribution 2. Asking other newsletter writers to swap features in each others content. Would you be interested?
